365 collects your bank transaction data (read-only), credit bureau data from Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian, and the income and goal information you provide during setup. We do not collect or store your bank login credentials.
Your data is used exclusively to power the 365 product — calculating your Today number, building your spending plan, and generating Compass credit move recommendations. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using 256-bit AES encryption. Bank connections use read-only OAuth tokens through a certified financial data provider. You can revoke access at any time from your Profile.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support.
365 uses certified financial data providers to connect to your bank and credit bureaus. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than enabling the 365 connection.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
