365 is a personal finance application that provides spending plan management, credit score monitoring, and AI-powered credit improvement recommendations through the Compass engine.
365 is available to US residents aged 18 and older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. 365 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
365 provides informational guidance only. Nothing in the product constitutes financial, legal, or credit advice. Credit score estimates and improvement projections are approximations and not guarantees.
365' liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim. 365 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of 365 after changes constitutes acceptance.
